Important Instructions: Remember to choose your student’s grade level for next year.
1. You can order two ways:
a. Click here to open a printable order form. Return this order form with your check made payable to St. Jane de Chantal. Please complete one order form per family, circle grade(s) needed, give student's name & grade for next year. Send checks and order form to Connie Lynch, c/o Nick. Room 19. By June 10th.
OR
b. Visit www.ordermypack.com and enter our school number: 121207. Choose the appropriate grade pack and pay via credit card. Your order will be shipped to school. Don’t forget you can order additional items like book sox to ship directly to school.
