Montgomery County crossing guards are on duty from 7:35 to 8:05 a.m. at Old Georgetown Road and Ryland Drive. They are on duty again during the afternoon carpool. Students who walk to/from school cross Old Georgetown Road only at this point.
*** For safety reasons, do not use Forest Lane, Singleton Drive, Ryland Drive or other adjacent roads as a drop off/pick up point. ***
Students walking home to/from school must have a permission slip signed by parents submitted at the beginning of the school year or as needed. Students will exit the building accompanied by a teacher.
In the event of an early closing due to inclement weather announcement by Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), walkers will be dismissed according to the written instructions on the emergency form.
