The 3rd quarter is now underway and the 6th graders are doing great!
The 6th grade has finished chapter 13 (the beginning of Rome) and chapter 14 (The Roman Republic) and they have just taken the test on Chapter 14.
They have now moved on to The Roman Empire.
The stadium/ampitheatre projects looked absolutely fantastic! I couldnt have been happier with their effort and creativity. Thank you to all the parents for buying the materials and helping out with some of the construction. I thought the kids enjoyed this project and I think there a few with a real future in architecture and engineering!!
Now that rehearsal for the play is right around the corner, I will not see the 6th grade as much as I did in quarters 1 and 2. Keep up with the reading assignments and come see me if you have ANY questions or need any further explanation of the chapter.
