Cornhole Tournament - October 20th - Register NOW!

Registration is OPEN for the 5th Annual Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, October 20th beginning at 6:30 p.m. Enter the raffle to win the beautiful cornhole boards being raffled. Used Uniform Sale - Saturday, October 20th

The used uniform sale is on Saturday, October 20th in the school gymnasium. The sale will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 11:00 a.m. All purchases must be made with CASH. Clothing to be sold at the sell should be labeled and dropped off at the Gym Friday morning between 7:45 and 8:10 on Friday, October 19th. Click on the link above for more information.

Purchase your raffle tickets for this year’s Cornhole Boards

Don’t forget to purchase your raffle tickets for this year’s Cornhole Boards. One ticket for $10 or 3 tickets for $20. The winning raffle ticket will be selected on Saturday night. You do not have to be present to win.

ADW Financial Aid

The Archdiocese of Washington has opened the application process for families to apply for Financial Aid for the 2019-20 School Year. Please go the the ADW Catholic School Website for information on how to apply. The deadline for applications is December 1, 2018.

Open House November 12

Parents interested in enrolling for the 2019-20 School Year can attend the Open House on Monday November 12 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. All classrooms Pre-K to Grade 8 will be opening for touring, Attending the Open House offers parents the chance to meet teachers and talk with current de Chantal Parents. Application material will be available. Mark your calendar and plan to attend.

Winter Uniform and Picture Day

Students may begin wearing the St. Jane de Chantal Winter Uniform on October 22. Picture Day is also scheduled for Monday, October 22.

Combined Federal Campaign

Each Year Federal Employees generously contribute to St. Jane de Chantal School through the Combined Federal Campaign. Those contributions can be made using our CFC # 32653. We are grateful for the continued generosity and support shown by the parents of St. Jane de Chantal School.

Parent Teacher Conferences

Conference Days Are: November 9 and November 16. Conferences are held in the afternoon beginning at 12:45 pm and concluding at 5:00 pm. These parent teacher conferences are for parents only. Thrift Shop Collections starting Wednesday, Sept. 26th

Collections for the Christmas Bazaar Thrift Shop are taking place during AM/PM carpools in front of Caulfield Hall on Sept 26th, Oct 10th, Oct 24th and Nov 5th-9th. Please look through your closets, toy rooms and attics for any items to donate. More info and a list of acceptable donations can be found by clicking the link above.
